Burksies Restaurant & Coffee Shop, situated in the heart of Port Alfred, originally "Charl's CoziCorner", was visited by Deon and Liefie, a young couple on holiday. Whilst enjoying their meal and a heartfelt conversation with the owners, Deon and Liefie decided to stay on and make it their own, hense Burksie's was born.
Over the past 3 years they have fallen in love with their unique little coffee shop and have transformed it into a heart-warming, friendly and relaxing haven for many locals and those just passing through.
Their relationship with their customers reflects in their service, meals and their speciality, coffee. A true and rare gem in Port Alfred.
